If you’re a homeschool family looking for connection, support, curriculum resources, or fresh inspiration, homeschool conferences and expos are one of the best places to find all of that in one spot!

Even better…there are a growing number of inclusive homeschool events across the country that center diverse perspectives, celebrate representation, and reflect the lived experiences of families of color.

Whether you’re just getting started or have been homeschooling for years, these events offer you a chance to learn, connect, and feel welcome in the homeschool community.

EAST EVENTS

  • Black Homeschool Families Reception, hosted by Empowered Home Educators, Inc. Home  – This welcome reception is included free-of-charge for attendees of the 2025 Virginia Homeschool Convention or the used curriculum sale. (*Note: online registration is closed as of 5.30.25, but walk-ins are welcome!)

  • 2025 Mom to Mom Homeschooling Symposium - This faith-based event is geared towards homeschooling moms and hosted by the Greater Purpose Christian Homeschoolers.

  • Texas Homeschool Expo - This event is for current and prospective home educators and offers workshops (for parents and kids!) and access to learning resources, local programs and organizations, and service providers. This expo is inclusive and is not aligned with any religious, political, or governmental entity. It is open to all homeschooling styles and philosophies.
